Door-to-Door
You might have your container loaded already or you might
require a container be delivered to you for loading
of your consignment, whatever the case, it can be arranged.
Your container is then delivered to a UK port for onward
shipping to your final destination. On arrival, it
is cleared through customs, unpacked, and delivered
to a fixed address. This service is limited to a number
of countries; please call our sales desk to get the
list. |

Door
to Port Option 1
This service covers shipping your container to the port
of destination alone. On arrival, we will provide you
with all the export documents (handled and catered for
by ourselves) to enable you clear your consignments through
customs at the final destination. |

Door
to Port Option 2
You arrange for your container to be delivered at a UK
port (normally Tilbury), we arrange for shipment and
customs clearance at destination port. All you do is
arrange for your container to be unpacked and it's contents
distributed according to your instructions. |

Packing
List
When we are required to do the customs clearance in any
of the options above, we demand that you produce a detailed
list of all the goods /items in the container before
hand. This will enable us determine, the cost of the
customs clearance at the final port of destination, and
to arrange for the necessary pre-shipment inspections.clearance. |

Pre-shipment
Inspections.
We can arrange for the necessary pre-shipment inspections
to be done by the appropriate authorities depending on
the final port of destination. This is done to ensure
that all goods comply with the guiding rules and regulations
set by the relevant authorities. |

Exclusion
List to Nigeria
To enhance the growth of local industries and encourage
local manufacturers, the Nigerian Government has placed
a ban on a list of goods. Please call our sales desk
and we will furnish you with this list. |

Demurrage
charges
To reduce the cost of Demurrage charges or erase its’ possibility,
we advise our customers to be present at the port of
destination or have their agents ready to clear the goods
through customs immediately the goods arrive. This of
course would not be necessary when the service is a door-to-door
service or when we are authorized to do the customs clearance. |

Security
The security of goods is part of our service in the door-to-door
option, or when we are required to do the customs clearance.
However, when the other is the case, we advise our
customers to get their agents on red alert to identify
their goods and provide the necessary security to avoid
vandalism and breakages. |
